抽锌泵是在考虑了锌液温度高、比重大、且易凝固等诸多因素而设计的,正确的使用方法,将是确保其能够长期使用的前提保障。
The zinc pump is designed with many factors such as high temperature, large specific gravity and easy solidification. The correct method of use will ensure the long-term use of the zinc pump.
其操作步骤说明如下The operation steps are as follows:
1、抽锌前必须对锌液泵进行外观检查,用手转动手轮,确定没有异常感觉,即可通电观察泵的旋转方向是否与标示方向一致。
Before pump the zinc, the zinc liquid pump must be visually inspected. turn the hand wheel by hand to make sure there is no abnormal feeling. you can observe the rotation direction of the pump in the same direction as the marking direction.
2、用吊具将锌泵吊起,并直立缓慢地放入锌液中(此时泵不能通电),其泵壳底面浸入锌液的深度约200-300mm左右。
The zinc pump is lifted by a spreader and slowly placed in the zinc liquid in vertical (the pump cannot be energized), and the depth of the zinc liquid immersed in the bottom of the pump casing is about 200-300 mm.
3、当锌泵浸入锌液的瞬间,液态的锌液会立即凝固在泵体上,并将转动轴、叶轮、外壳抱死,这是泵体温度低而造成的锌液凝固现象,这不要紧,此时可将泵体在锌液中来回悠荡,以加速这些凝固锌液的溶化程度。此段时间,是锌泵的预热过程,当泵体温度与锌液温度平衡时自然消失。

4、当泵体在锌液中浸泡5-10分钟后,用手转动手轮,若此时传动轴转动自如,即说明放入时凝固的锌已被溶化,此时即可通电抽锌。

5、当泵通电旋转后,泵口也可能不会立即出锌,这是出锌管与锌液进行热交换或泵体进行间隙自调整的过程。如果在泵动5-10分钟后仍然没有锌液流出,此时可加大锌液泵浸如锌液的深度,但***大不得超过400mm。

6、在抽锌的过程中,由于锌液面的下降,锌液泵也必须随之下降,以保证浸入深度。

7、在需要停止抽锌时,必须先断开泵电源,然后将泵提出锌液面,待出锌管中的锌液回流完后,立即重新起动锌泵,以便将叶轮、壳体上沾附的余锌甩掉,这一过程直到锌液泵的温度降低到很多为止,这里必须指出的是:当锌液泵停止转动后,很可能被重新抱死,这是轴套间隙内残锌凝固所造成的,属正常状态,在下次使用时按上述第3条的办法即可解决。
